                               RESOLUTION NO. 20766
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
                  AN AGREEMENT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF
                  TRANSPORTATION RELATIVE TO THE UPGRADING OF
                  THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF
                  STATE ROUTE 317 (BONNY OAKS DRIVE) AND JERSEY
                  PIKE.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute an agreement with the Tennessee Department of
       Transportation relative to the upgrading of a traffic signal at
       the intersection of State Route 317 (Bonny Oaks Drive) at Jersey
       Pike.
